No, especially since lots of teachers can be considered "city people" because the majority of the teachers they are talking about are from larger cities and may not have ever handled a gun. If they have to carry a gun, they should have to be trained, and what schools will want to pay for gun safety and training.

Teenagers now-a-days are all for themselves, and most do not help others. It is rare to see teenagers of both sexes, helping out other people, elders, and younger kids. The teenagers that are rude, were probably raised to but rebelled, or just have mean bones in their body. The ones that are not rude were raised that way, to respect everyone, younger and older than them.
