No, they do not help students to stop getting bullied. Some of those students just go to the program to get free pizza or snacks.

No teachers should not be able to have guns in school. If they are allowed to have a gun on them in school the government is given them permission to possibly shoot a student. Some teachers could be crazy and if they do not like the student at all, then the teacher can just shoot the student.
