They already have enough consequences. Schools should not be getting into students personal lives. If a student chooses to use alcohol that is he or shes parents problem. Schools now days are getting into students personal lives way to much

Stalking them on social media, and monitoring what they do during the summer. Why should the school be monitoring what im doing in the summer? Thats none of their buisness. The school faculty is not my "parent" i can choose to do what i want during the summer and post what i want on social media without having to be called down to the office and get questioned for it.

The only reason why schools get into the alcohol issue is if students are in sports. Students signed off on the MSHSL stating that you won't use alcohol during a season and if they do this, the school should give consequences.

NO. The school should not be involved in the students personal lives, this including getting in trouble with the law. If a student chooses to drink, then that's there decision. The school should have no right to invade into their life choices.

If the person that is using alcohol is in sports they should suffer the consequences. They get off so easily sometimes. There should be more consequences for students drinking alcohol because they are breaking the law. When adults break the law, they have to take responsibility for their actions and students should too
